BRM Agro offers the best quality rice available in Cambodia, milled at our state-of-the-art rice mill.
BRM Agro owns over 2,000 hectares of farmland and currently operates a rice mill that includes an export-quality rice milling line with the capacity to yield export-grade milled long-grain Jasmine rice. Onsite, we have three industrial Taiwan Agro Sun industrial vertical dryers as well as ten flatbed dryers with automatic turning systems.
Cambodia has produced Phka Rumduol the 5-time awarded Best Rice in the World by the World Rice Congress and since March 2022, we have established international partnerships with European-based agents and suppliers and BRM Agro has met all quality standards to export to the EU.
BRM Agro is financially stable and one of the only rice mills in Cambodia with ZERO debt on our balance sheet, and we are equity financed.
Drying Capacity & Exports
BRM Agro provides stable access to high-value markets to over a thousand smallholder rice farmers.
We started with a capacity to dry 120 MT per day and increased our capacity in 2022 to 520 MT per day with the addition of 10 industrial flatbed dryers with an automatic turning system.
BRM Agro will increase its drying capacity further in 2023 following the completion of the USAID MSP partnership investment which will see us have a total of 800 MT per day drying capacity.
We installed an export-quality rice milling line and plan to triple our capacity through further capital expenditure (CAPEX investment). We are also adding new industrial vertical dryers and kilns to increase our output.
In addition to our range of quality rice varieties, BRM Agro plans to expand our product line in the future to include the production of rice flour, crackers, and noodles, minimising waste, and fully utilising the mill byproducts.
We believe our unique model for Cambodia, focused on value-added processing, could eventually be applied to other crops such as cashews and cassava.
